What if I am not satisfied with my doll? Do you have a refund or return policy? We offer all dolls with a satisfaction guarantee. All merchandise is selected for quality and is quaranteed against defects. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you must contact us within 15 days of receipt of the order to request a return for replacement or credit. Can I back order and how does that work? If you see that an item is temporarily out of stock or there is notification of when it will be in stock, you can back order that item. What will happen is that we will keep your order in our data base until it is in stock. You will have to give us a credit card to put the item on hold until it is in stock, but your credit card will not be charged until the item is actually shipped to you. You will then be notified that the item was shipped and your credit card was charged. If you change your mind about the item, before it is shipped, just email us that you have cancelled your order and your information will be deleted. We do not keep any credit card numbers on file, you will need to put them in everytime you order.
How can I special order? To special order, please just email us your request at: info@dcsnestingdolls.com and we will try to honor that special request if at all possible. Special orders do take more time, so please order ahead . |
